" Ceramic coating" is a coating that uses fine ceramics as raw materials and employs sol-gel composite material technology. It has strong adhesion due to the chemical bonding with silica polymers generated by dehydration and shrinkage polymerization, preventing the progression of corrosion even when exposed to corrosive environments at the interface between the substrate and the coating film. Moreover, this property is durable, allowing it to maintain its performance over a long period. [Case Study] Ceramic Coating with Excellent Non-Stick and Wear Resistance

There are cases where, after several months of use, there is no degradation in performance, and cleaning tasks have become significantly easier than before.

This is a case study from a food company. They were struggling with the burden of cleaning due to product adhesion on the molds and transport guides used in the manufacturing process. Among several surface treatment options we proposed, they showed interest in a ceramic coating that excels in heat resistance and non-stick properties.
